Farming with Intention. How We Care for Our Estate Vineyards
Great wine begins long before harvest. Much of our work happens quietly in the vineyard, managing canopy growth for balanced sunlight and airflow, monitoring soil health, adjusting irrigation carefully, and walking the rows to observe how each block is developing. Spring and early summer are especially important, as we guide shoot growth and make small decisions that influence fruit quality months down the line. It’s steady, hands-on farming that requires attention more than drama. By the time grapes arrive at the winery, much of the character has already been shaped in the field. Our approach is simple: farm carefully, stay present, and let the vineyard lead. The wines that follow are a reflection of that discipline and respect for the land.
