Martin Ranch Winery Girls are Having fun

Open the first and third Friday, Saturday, and Sunday of each month, Noon–5 PM. Reservations are recommended. Make a reservation and join us.

Enjoy our seasonal tasting menu guided by our tasting hosts, along with a selection of small snack items available for purchase. Your tasting fee is credited toward the purchase of two or more bottles of wine.

Planning a visit? We highly recommend making a reservation so your everything is ready when you arrive! Walk-ins are still welcome, but for groups of 6 or more, please reserve ahead or reach out by phone or email so we can prepare for your group.

Wine pickups are available Wed–Thur–Fri · 10 AM–2 PM by appointment. Call the winery at 408-842-9197 for wine pickup, or general questions.

Our winemakers are on site and always happy to talk wine.

The Journey Begins

Your visit begins along Redwood Retreat Road, where the winding canyon gives way to the welcoming entrance of Martin Ranch Winery. Nestled among vineyards and the eastern slopes of the Santa Cruz Mountains, it's a place where you can slow down, relax, and enjoy a quieter side of Wine Country.

For nearly three decades, Thérèse and Dan Martin have been crafting wines that reflect the character of the Santa Clara Valley, Santa Cruz Mountains, and Arroyo Seco.

We want every visit to feel welcoming, comfortable, and easy to enjoy. Outside food and picnics are welcome. We simply ask that you pack out any picnic items or leftovers before you leave.

Martin Ranch Winery is an outdoor tasting destination, so please dress for the weather and changing vineyard conditions.

  • Guests must be 21 years of age or older.

  • No outside alcohol permitted on the property.

  • Please no pets, service animals only.

  • Last tasting reservation is at 3PM.

  • Winery closes promptly at 5PM.
